Ghost mode: visible to you, invisible to your capture

By The OneTake TeamMay 12, 20263 min read

A floating overlay is only useful if it does not end up in your recording. That is what Ghost Mode is for.

Seen by you, not by OBS

Ghost Mode hides the OneTake overlay from OBS capture and screen sharing while keeping it visible on your own display. Your controls stay one glance away, and your final clip stays clean.

Frosted, translucent, out of the way

Turn on the glass look for a frosted, translucent card that blends into your desktop. Prefer it fully out of the way? Enable click-through so your cursor passes straight through the overlay to whatever is behind it.

One hotkey away

Bind Ghost Mode to a global hotkey and flip it on the instant you go live. Everything is a keystroke away — no menus, no hunting.

Ghost Mode is included on every plan. Set it up once and forget it is there.
